Mandala Dance
The Tara Dance
Come experience the Goddess Tara, the Great Compassionate Mother of Wisdom who we all embody! And when we dance her dance, we reconnect to the Tara within us. This gathering is a very special way to be with a group of women moving, chanting, and laughing with delight.
If you can, wear comfy clothing that is flowy!
Traditionally done on a full moon, we will gather just a few days prior on Thursday evenings between 6:45pm. The dance experience lasts roughly one hour. And usually we enjoy hanging out a bit afterward to bask in the good energy created from the dance.
